Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping Policy

  • We strive to ship all items in the most cost effective and safest way possible. Shipping at checkout is an estimate. Final shipping costs are not calculated until the order is fully packed. This may increase the shipping rate for larger orders or oversized items and you would be invoiced for any additional shipping costs. 
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be processed and sent out. You will be emailed via email when your purchase is on its way.
  • If you are worried about the safety of your items in transit please contact us to purchase additional shipping insurance. We cannot control delays, loss of package, or other outside factors. 
  • If a package is lost please contact the carrier to open a claim.
  • If you have contacted us for an address change after the package has been shipped, please contact your carrier. Once the package is out of our hands we cannot alter the shipping destination. 
  • We do not currently ship out of the United States.

Return Policy

  • All returns are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. All discounted items are final sale.

    • All online returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
    • All returned merchandise must be within new, unused condition.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a shipping provider that offers insurance.
    • Any item returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
    • We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and are not able to offer a refund.
