- Please give us 24 hours to process your order, you will receive an email notification when your items are ready for pickup.
- All local pickup orders must be picked up within two weeks of receiving this notification. Failure to pick up your order within those two weeks without communication will result in a full refund in your order. SHIPPING POLICY
- We strive to ship all items in the most cost effective and safest way possible.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be processed and sent out. You will be emailed via email when your purchase is on its way.
- If you are worried about the safety of your items in transit please contact us to purchase additional shipping insurance. We cannot control delays, loss of package, or other outside factors.
RETURN POLICY

- All returns are for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. All discounted items are final sale.
- All returned merchandise must be within new, unused condition.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a shipping provider that offers insurance.
- If the carrier is unable to deliver the package and it is then returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fee necessary for us to resend the package. Once the package leaves our store, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you have had difficulties with delivery due to a gated neighborhood or apartment building, you can request that the package be held at the carrier location or require a signature at delivery. Once you receive a tracking number, you can request these delivery changes through the carrier.
- Any item returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and are not able to offer a refund.

SHIPPING WET SPECIMENS
- To protect the fragility of the piece and comply with shipping guidelines, your wet specimen will be shipped to you without alcohol. The specimen will be packaged in a sealed bag with sufficient alcohol to keep it hydrated during the journey. Each specimen has already been fixed with formalin. You will also recieve the jar shown in the listing.
- Upon receiving your wet specimen in the mail, we advise having the proper alcohol ready to go. 70% isopropyl alcohol is what we prefer to use with wet specimens. Because each specimen was fixed with formalin, gloves are highly recommended when placing your specimen back in its jar. After positioning to your liking, fill the jar with 70% isopropyl alcohol, making sure the specimen is fully submerged.
