What is our layaway policy?
We provide a 3 month layaway plan for any one item over $100. Pieces over $1000 qualify for a 6 month plan. A 20% deposit is required to initiate layaway, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, inability to pay, or failure to complete payments. After a deposit is made, your remaining balance will be split into 3 payments.
Payment amounts outside of agreed upon installments will not be allowed.
How do I pay my monthly payments?
You will be sent an invoice for your monthly payment via e-mail on the 1st of every month. A reminder e-mail will also be sent out the day before your payment is due. Payments may be made online or in store, we do not take payments over the phone.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We offer a 24 hour grace period, if you do not make your monthly payment by the end of the grace period, a late fee $20 will be added to your monthly payment. If the last payment is not made by the agreed upon date, the agreement is considered in default. Failure to complete layaway in the agreed time period results in the forfeit of your item and you will be banned from using our layaway program in the future.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession is legal in their place of residence. Certain taxidermy items may be subject to federal or state wildlife regulations. The store will not be responsible for items confiscated due to customer relocation or transport across restricted jurisdictions.
Merchandise will not be released until paid in full. Customer must present valid government-issues ID at pickup. Items must be picked up within 7 days after final payment. Failure to pick up within this timeframe may result in storage fees of $5 per day.
